Starting March 10, the Park City Senior Center will be offering a Chair Yoga class every Friday at 9:30 a.m. The class is free to any resident of Sedgwick County age 55+.

Chair yoga uses a stable chair to provide support to a yoga practice. Perfect for anyone, chair yoga works to increase strength and mobility, all while fully supported. Classes work on flexibility, increasing or maintaining range of motion, and fun!
