This is a full-time position. Hours/shifts will be assigned by the Chief of Police. The entry-level salary for Police Officer I with no certification or experience is $17.80 per hour. Starting salary may be adjusted based on certification and years of experience. To be considered for employment as a Park City Police Officer, an applicant must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid Kansas driver’s license
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to pass an extensive background investigation, polygraph, medical exam, and drug screen.
- Live within 30 minutes driving time under normal conditions.
